The First Slice

Marco Villanueva opens the doors of the original Marcos kitchen at 960 Maple Rd, serving marco's pizza to a handful of loyal neighbors every weekend.

2008

Full-Time Restaurant

Marcos transitions from weekend pop-up to a full-time dining destination, expanding the kitchen and welcoming the first dedicated team of pizzaiolos.

2011

First WNY Award

Western New York Food Magazine names Marcos the region's Best marcos pizza — the first of seven consecutive years winning the award.

2015

Catering Launch

We bring marco pizza to the people — launching full-scale catering services for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings across Western NY.

Online Ordering
