It all started in 2005 when Marco Villanueva walked into a small corner kitchen in Williamsville, NY with nothing but a family recipe, a worn-out apron, and an unstoppable passion for great food. 2005

The First Slice

Marco Villanueva opens the doors of the original Marcos kitchen at 960 Maple Rd, serving marco's pizza to a handful of loyal neighbors every weekend.

2008

Full-Time Restaurant

Marcos transitions from weekend pop-up to a full-time dining destination, expanding the kitchen and welcoming the first dedicated team of pizzaiolos.

2011

First WNY Award

Western New York Food Magazine names Marcos the region's Best marcos pizza — the first of seven consecutive years winning the award.

2015

Catering Launch

We bring marco pizza to the people — launching full-scale catering services for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings across Western NY.

2019

Online Ordering

Marcos goes digital, launching our online ordering platform so customers can enjoy fresh marcos pizza from the comfort of their homes.
